A phone call or a WhatsApp message costs you nothing and there is no obligation at the end of it. Tell us whether the gold is with you or pledged somewhere, roughly how much there is, and what you are trying to sort out.

What to bring if you are coming in

• The jewellery, or the pledge receipt if it is with a lender
• The loan account number, if there is a loan
• Aadhaar and PAN
• Any notice you have received from the lender
• A bank passbook, if you want the money transferred

Three things to expect from us

The rate written down before anything is weighed. The scale and the purity reading visible to you. A receipt showing weight, purity, rate and amount.

And three things that should never happen anywhere: an advance fee, a rate that changes once your gold is on the scale, or pressure to decide today. If any of those happen here, ask for the owner.
